Refund Policy

Transfer Policy: To transfer your tickets to a friend or family member, there is a $5.00 transfer fee per ticket that must be paid over the phone prior to the transfer. Once the fee is paid, we will take the name, phone number, and email address of the new ticket holder and send them the confirmation email.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except as specifically provided in this policy.
By purchasing tickets, you agree to the refund terms in effect at the time of purchase and agree not to attempt to evade or circumvent this policy. Fraudulent or improper payment disputes or chargebacks involving valid ticket purchases may result in the cancellation of pending orders and/or the restriction of future purchases associated with the purchaser, payment method, account, or other related information, to the extent permitted by law.
Refunds may be available only under the following circumstances:
Ticket Protection: If Ticket Protection was purchased with the original order, a refund request may be submitted in accordance with the Ticket Protection terms and eligibility requirements. Requests must be properly submitted within the required timeframe outlined in our FAQs and Ticket Protection terms.
Canceled Events: If an event is canceled by the venue or Event Provider and is not rescheduled, eligible ticket purchases will be refunded in accordance with the cancellation notice provided to ticket holders.
Unless otherwise stated, postponed or rescheduled events are not considered canceled events, and tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Refunds for postponed or rescheduled events, if offered, will be subject to the specific terms communicated to ticket holders for that event.
When a refund is approved, it will generally be returned to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution or payment provider.
The venue, Event Provider, ticketing provider, performers, and their respective affiliates are not responsible for travel, lodging, transportation, parking, childcare, meals, or any other expenses incurred in connection with an event that is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or otherwise changed, or in connection with invalid tickets or tickets that cannot be honored because venue or ticketing policies were violated.
