What is Big Pine Comedy Festival?
A 4-day celebration of comedy, creative connection and professional development — held every spring in Chandler, Arizona. Founded in 2015, it features showcases, educational panels, networking and meals. Big Pine 2026 runs April 8–11.
Who can submit to Big Pine?
Comedians at any experience level may apply. Those under 18 need parental accompaniment and daytime-only venue access during their scheduled performances.
How do I submit?
Submission links launch monthly on the last Sunday. Applicants need a 5-minute unedited video and a performer bio. Submission fees start at $22 and go up to $37 by January 31st.
What kind of events does Big Pine offer?
Multiple nightly showcases, headliner shows, daily educational workshops and industry panels, speed networking, live podcasts, mixers and meals for performers.
Will industry be invited to the festival?
Yes. The festival integrates industry professionals — club owners, agents, talent scouts, TV producers and corporate event buyers — into programming.
Where is Big Pine located?
Mic Drop Comedy Chandler, a boutique two-room venue in downtown Chandler, Arizona. The walkable downtown area has restaurants, shops and accommodation.

Are there festival passes for non-performers?

I didn't get in. Are there still opportunities?
Yes. Submitters receive discounted all-access passes, volunteer opportunities and free Comedy Camp passes — valued at $135 each.
Are there refunds on submissions or passes?
No. All submissions and pass purchases are final.
